Summary: The property is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has all the utensils and crockery you need to be able cook properly and there are lots of basic ingredients for you to use eg. olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar - the sort of things that you don't want to have to buy if you are only cooking once or twice. Very thoughtful! There is a dish washer, washing machine and even a Nespresso machine, again with washing liquid and coffee capsules provided. The showers are powerful, the beds comfortable and the rooms are clean and very pleasantly decorated. The outdoor area is lovely for breakfast and for evening drinks. There was good communication with the owner's son (as he speaks good English) before and during our trip. The area is wonderful to visit; lovely beaches with crystal water, the picturesque town of Porto Ercole to eat out and many beautiful Tuscan towns and ancient sites within easy driving distance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Very cozy house and finely furnished. It was so comfortable being very close to the centre of Porto Ercole which is a lovely village. The owner is nice and helpful. Definitively recomend it!
